The Octeon compression card on 6900 systems occasionally seem to stop servicing compression jobs and all compression rolls over to software, resulting in high CPU, high memory, and eventual device instability.
The impact of this issue is that the TMM cores.
Conditions leading to this issue include a large number of enqueued jobs and the amount of software compression that has occurred.
This issue has no workaround at this time.
