Symptoms

You are unable to browse the list of Extractions, or view a single extraction, when there are too many 'applies to' URLs configured on an Extraction.

Impact

You are unable to browse the list of Extractions, or view a single extraction.

Conditions

-- Thousands of 'applies to' URLs configured on an Extraction. -- Trying to browse the list of Extractions.

Workaround

Extractions that apply to thousands of URLs should be configured to 'Extract From All Items'. Since the items can no longer be configured via the GUI, the policy has to be exported and edited manually.

Fix Information

Retrieval now executes within the allowed timeframe.
