FastL4 connection is not immediately removed after connection closure.
Closed connections remain until idle timeout expiry.
FastL4 profile with a client that sends FIN-ACK for SYN-ACK from server, and there is no connection mirroring configured.
Use TCP profile instead FastL4 profile, or enable connection mirroring.
Connection with early FIN when using FastL4 is now handled properly, so that FastL4 connections are immediately removed after connection closure.
