The TMM unexpectedly restarted without generating a core.
Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.
When the connection between the MCPD and TMM is lost the TMM will restart.
Do not configure MPTCP.
MPTCP Use flow_switch_nolookup to set NOMATCH.
