On Internet Explorer - Version 11, Local User UI page (Create / Edit popup) left menu doesn't display completely.
Unable to view the left menu items completely.
This occurs on IE11
Placing of mouse on menu item shows - menu name as tooltip, and you will be able to click and continue the work
Fix cross browser issue, you should be able to view the menu completely.
