The VMware View Logon page for RADIUS does not display a challenge message when challenge occurs on the RADIUS server.
The user will see a generic message that a challenge event occurs. The next tokencode challenge process consists of three steps, each with a different challenge message, but the user sees one standard message on all three steps.
RADIUS authentication is used for View Client.
To work around the problem, use RSA SecurID authentication.
