Symptoms

Data returning from the ICAP server may hang while an ICAP_RESPONSE event is pending on the internal virtual server.

Impact

HTTP client does not receive the complete response. Eventually the ADAPT filter on the parent virtual server will time out and perform its service-down-action.

Conditions

A long-running iRule command executes asynchronously in the ICAP_RESPONSE event.

Workaround

This issue has no workaround at this time.

Fix Information

Data flow from the ICAP server to the HTTP client resumes after the ICAP_RESPONSE event is complete.
