Symptoms

When attempting to dynamically link a shared library, TMM cores.

Impact

Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.

Conditions

Dynamically loading more than a certain number of shared libraries will result in a tmm core.

Workaround

This issue has no workaround at this time.

Fix Information

Invalid attempt to free TMM memory is ignored.
