The View Connections Server settings for a VMware Horizon View server include Blast Secure Gateway settings. To be able to launch VMware View sessions from an APM webtop using an HTML5 client, ensure that the check box, Use Blast Secure Gateway for HTML access, is cleared.
If Blast Gateway is enabled connections will not work.
This is encountered while configuring VMWare Horizon View.
