LRN_REQUESTS is not cleared when corresponding learning suggestion is cleared.
Learning table becomes unnecessarily large and gets reaped automatically, which makes it difficult to evaluate all of the valid learned entries.
This occurs when clearing learning suggestions from learning manager.
