Symptoms

tmsh fails to return data for NTLM profiles in subfolders (for example, those created by iApps) when in the base folder context.

Impact

Cannot use tmsh to retrieve information from the base folder context. No NTLM profile information might cause an error on refresh when managed from Enterprise Manager. LTM configuration data is not available.

Conditions

Existence of NTLM profile in subfolder.

Workaround

In tmsh, change to the subfolder (using the command cd /Common/subfolder) before running the 'list ltm profiles ntlm' command to get the NTLM profile data. For the error encountered from Enterprise Manager, there is no workaround.

Fix Information

tmsh now returns data for NTLM profiles in subfolders, so the system operates normally.
