It is impossible to turn off specific features on specific clients for troubleshooting purposes.
Lack of these options made client troubleshooting difficult as the options could only be set on the server.

"HLKM only" means that that feature can be only be disabled/enabled by value located at HKLM sub-tree, features with "no" can be disabled using both HKLM (Local Machine) and HKCU (current User). CLIENT control channel is not yet implemented
