If you load the base configuration ('load sys config base'), then restart system services (either by rebooting or 'bigstart restart'), then the high configuration may be lost.
High configuration is lost.
The specific cause for this issue is not know.
Ensure that the full configuration is loaded ('load sys config' without the 'base' option) and saved, before the system restarts.
If only the base configuration was loaded and the BIG-IP system was restarted, then the high configuration (anything in bigip.conf) would be lost. This no longer occurs.
