Symptoms

Cannot use internal-only, non-production licenses for hourly billing purpose. License files contain 'internal development'-only designation.

Impact

The 'internal development'-only licenses contain no support for hourly billing functionality.

Fix Information

Production AWS License files have been updated to support hourly billing.
