Symptoms

You see the following log entries in /var/log/ltm: err tmm[10575]: 01490558:3: 00000000: Access stats encountered error: Failed to add/delete session entry (ERR_NOT_FOUND) Clients may report a “session already in progress” warning when they try to go to one protected resource, and then another, without logging in first.

Impact

Log message is logged to /var/log/ltm. It can be safely ignored.

Conditions

-- APM configured, access policy in use -- Client reaches the logon page but does not log in
