LTM policy conditions are unable to match empty strings with the equals, starts-with, and ends-with comparison operators.
Condition does not match in cases where it should.
LTM policy where there is condition comparing a string quantity with the equals, starts-with, or ends-with operator, and one of the values in the policy is the empty string ("").
There is no workaround at this time.
LTM Policy conditions are able to correctly compare against empty strings.
