The deprecated "MPTCP Debug" TCP profile option is no longer needed in the UI.

This is viewable in the MPTCP section of the TCP profile.

The deprecated "MPTCP Debug" tcp profile option was removed from the UI. The tmsh help text was updated to specify that "MPTCP Debug" option of the tcp profile has been deprecated.
