BIG-IP restarts and fails over. You see the following in /var/log/ltm: notice hsb0: HSB loopback ring 0 tx not active. Ignore rx loopback failure. notice hsb0: tx watchdog check 100 notice *** TMM 0 - PDE 0 - transmitter failure ***
Failover occurs on nic_failsafe.
It is not known exactly what triggers this condition. It has been reported on versions 11.6.0 and 11.4.1.
