Symptoms

The title of a boot entry normally contains a suffix which is the name of the volume in which it resides, in angle brackets. Ex: BIG-IP 11.6.0 Build 3.0.364 <MD1.2> When BIG-IP 11.6.0 hf3 is installed, the resulting boot entry is missing the suffix: BIG-IP 11.6.0 Build 3.0.412
