While downgrading from 11.4.1 to 10.2.4, BIG-IP Edge Client does not correctly connect to the BIG-IP server.
Cannot downgrade BIG-IP, or switch between a pair of BIG-IP servers with different versions.
Two unknown devices show up in Device Manager, even after manually removing them - Windows 8.1 client will not connect to BIG-IP v10.2.4. It will connect back to 11.4.1.
Uninstall 10.2.4 with CTU (for example, 11.4.1-hf4.exe) Reboot computer. Install 11.4.1 on machine by going to https:\\Big-IP.11.4.1.HF4 (a BIG-IP 11.4.1 server) and establishing a VPN tunnel Uninstall 11.4.1 with CTU (same as above) REBOOT computer. Install 10.2.4 HF4 by going to a 10.2.4 HF4 server and establishing a VPN client.
