Error 4001 is not appearing in customization and causing user confusion.
Unable to customize the 4001 error
We use for our webtops AD Group Assignments. If a user logs in and no entry is found (user is not member of any group) the apm resets the connection without any error message.
It is possible to add this error by hand which will allow it to be customized, note that this does not survive an upgrade: Edit /var/sam/www/php_include/webtop/renderer/customization/errormap/schema.xml After the line <atom id="error_4000" displayName="Invalid Dynamic ACL entries"/> Add the following line <atom id="error_4001" displayName="No resources assigned"/>
Error 4001 is fully customizable using the customization editor.
