Severity: 3-Major

Symptoms

F5DCAgent reports to IF-MAP server only IP address, either IPv4 or IPv6, and the workstation uses that IP address to communicate with AD Domain Controller in order to obtain TGT and TGS.

Impact

Not all workstation IP addresses are being reported to IF-MAP server, which can result in a user being denied access to certain resources.

Conditions

This occurs on workstations that have multiple network interfaces or that have both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols enabled and being used for network communication.

Workaround

There is no workaround at this time.
