qkview save becomes stuck when ASM is in the process of applying security policy.
qkview save becomes stuck.
ASM is in the middle of apply security policy.
ASM restart will release the lock that causes qkview save to become stuck.
qkview can now be saved even when ASM is in the process of applying a security policy.
