Symptoms

a VCMP guest deployed on a B4300 host may display "clock advanced" error messages in /var/log/tmm. Excessive neighbour updates are observed with tmctl -d blade -i tmm/cmp

VCMP guest deployed on a B4300 host. The B4300 host must be running 11.6.1 or earlier
