When compatibility mode is enabled on Internet Explorer 8, and a user tries to create a custom category under Secure Web Gateway> URL Category, a General Database error occurs after the user clicks Finish.
A custom URL category cannot be created using Internet Explorer 8 with compatibility mode enabled.
Compatibility mode is set for Internet Explorer 8. User creates a custom URL category and clicks the Finish button.
1. Turn off compatibility mode if you are using Internet Explorer 8. or 2. Use Firefox or Chrome browsers to configure a custom URL category.
