There is no tmsh command to create a csr for a Safenet FIPS HSM.
Must use the GUI to create a csr.
This occurs when trying to create a csr via tmsh when Safenet FIPS HSMs are in use.

Safenet csr creation using tmsh is now supported. With Safenet installed, a user can create Safenet key/csr using the below tmsh command: tmsh create sys crypto key abc security-type nethsm tmsh create sys crypto csr abc common-name cn key abc.key
