Symptoms

Session termination log messages are not created in a few scenarios. This is a very rare occurrence.

Impact

If session termination logs do not show up as expected, terminated sessions will show up as ACTIVE in BIG IQ for few hours (until BIG IQ Access does its periodic sync of active sessions).

Conditions

There are two known scenarios: 1. Session terminated by Admin in the Manage Sessions 2. Session left idle until timeout
