Symptoms

Config load fails after upgrading from v11.6.1 to v12.0.0: Error: fatal: (Can't load component definition 'service_policy_global' for command 'service-policy-global') (framework/SchemaCmd.cpp, line 279), exiting.

Impact

Config load fails.

Conditions

This occurs when Application Acceleration Manager (AAM) is provisioned and configured on v11.6.1, then you upgrade to version v12.0.0.

Workaround

Since 11.6.1 came after 12.0.0 was released, upgrade from 11.6.1 to 12.1.0 instead.
