You cannot modify a GTM pool monitor and delete it in the same transaction.
Unable to submit multiple changes to GTM pool monitor in a single transaction. Attempting to do so results in an exception stating that the monitor is in use.
A GTM pool must have a monitor associated with it before the tmsh transaction, and the monitor being modified must be the same as the monitor being deleted in the transaction.
Modify the GTM pool monitor in one transaction and delete it in a separate transaction.
You can now modify a GTM pool monitor and delete it in the same transaction.
