The flow-eviction-policy setting for route domains is not synced for route domains.
Settings get out of sync when using the same route domains on different BIG-IP systems.
Route domains on peer BIG-IP systems that have the same name and ID.
Make the change manually on all BIG-IP systems in the device service cluster.
