When the qkview utility is executed on a vCMP hypervisor with virtual disk templates, data publisher errors are logged in the ltm log by mcpd: 0107167d:3: Data publisher not found or not implemented when processing request (unknown request), tag (23252).
No direct traffic impact. These messages are benign.
This occurs with vCMP guests provisioned using virtual disk templates. Virtual disk templates are enabled by default on platforms with solid state disk drives.
Ignore the messages, or if the vCMP virtual disk templates are unused, remove them.
In this release, when a qkview utility is executed on a vCMP hypervisor with virtual disk templates, "Data publisher not found" errors are no longer logged in the ltm log by mcpd.
