Occasionally a secondary blade reboots when making changes to the configuration in a partition other than Common. The system logs an error in the /var/log/ltm file that references the type of object being modified, even though the error message indicates that it cannot. The error appears similar to the following: -- err mcpd[4187]: 01070734:3: Configuration error: Configuration from primary failed validation: 0107098a:3: The ip address (10.10.10.10%2164) for a virtual server in partition (Common) references a route domain (2164) in a different partition (PARE-RVBD). Objects may only reference objects in the same or the 'Common' partition
Secondary blades restart, which may cause a failover event to occur depending on the value of min_up_cluster_member.
A chassis-based system with multiple blades, and a configuration with multiple partitions.
