PCCD will restart constantly when HTTPS monitor is added.
PCCD will restart continuously. AFM Network Firewall will not process traffic.
When an LTM Pool is assigned a HTTPS based monitor, it causes pccd to go into restart loop. This was seen once and it is not known all of the conditions that trigger it.
