Under certain circumstances, the CLI preference config objects might be saved without a user attribute. The loading of such a CLI preference results in an error: Loading a preference requires user name specified.
Loading SCF or UCS configuration fails.
Loading CLI preference that does not contain the user attribute
Remove the CLI preference that does not contain the user from the configuration (/config/bigip_user.conf or SCF) and reload.
Tmsh ignores the CLI preference that does not contain the user attribute. The loading of the configuration now succeeds.
