Windows information agent does not report all the hotfixes that are installed on a user's computer. It reports only hotfixes that are listed under Control Panel :: Programs and Features :: Installed Updates :: 'Microsoft Windows'.
Access policy may fail if the APM admin configured an access policy rule to detect hotfixes that are not listed under Control Panel :: Programs and Features :: Installed Updates :: 'Microsoft Windows'.
Windows information agent is configure in the access policy on APM.
Do not configure 'Windows Info' agent to check hotfixes that are not listed under Control Panel :: Programs and Features :: Installed Updates :: 'Microsoft Windows'.
