When restjavad is unavailable, restnoded restarts continuously until restjavad is available.
logs fill with messages about restnoded restarts
When older versions of BIG-IQ (4.6 and prior) discover BIG-IP devices, the REST Framework on the BIG-IP is updated. Part of the update installs restnoded, which was previously unavailable in BIG-IP prior to 12.0 The version of restnoded installed by the framework upgrade exhibits the behavior described.
After discovery by BIG-IQ, disable restnoded on the BIG-IP if the customer is not using it.
