Cannot modify existing GTM/BIG-IP DNS topology entries. You must delete and recreate an entry if a change is needed. This also means that iControl REST PUT and PATCH commands do not function for GTM/BIG-IP DNS topology entries.
Cannot change the existing GTM/BIG-IP DNS topology entry via tmsh or iControl REST. You must delete it and recreate it as needed.
GTM/BIG-IP DNS topology entry that user wants to modify.
Delete the GTM/BIG-IP DNS topology entry and recreate it with the new settings as needed.
TMSH now supports modify commands for GTM/BIG-IP DNS topology.
