Symptoms

When the 'mkdisk' utility is attempting to use 'sfdisk' to create a partition table, it fails with the error ""Start sector 0 out of range""

Impact

User cannot create bootable device for software installation

Conditions

Host system is Fedora 22

Workaround

Use an older/alternate version of Linux

Fix Information

The utility has been enhanced to operate correctly under Fedora 22
