Symptoms

GUI showed 'General Database Error' when accessing the 'Change ACL Order' page and changing the ACL Order. It also happens when accessing 'Change ACL Order', making no changes, and selecting 'Finished.' However, adding or removing ACL entries reports no error.

Impact

User cannot change ACL order using the GUI.
