Sync to Sharepoint workstation fails with could not connect to server
Portal Access user can't use SharePoint2013 Sync workstation function.
Steps to Reproduce: 1) Login to sharepoint 2013 via portal access 2) Click "SYNC" button to create a synchronized copy on your local workstation 3) Sync fail due to could not connect to server
