Portal Access User can't open Excel file from office 2013 with windows 10
Steps to Reproduce: 1) In sp2013, Go to "Document" tab 2) Upload a Excel document 3) Open the new excel file just upload in excel application. 4) Open action got error, access is deny
There is no workaround at this time.
