Fixed In:

Opened: Dec 08, 2015

Severity: 4-Minor

Symptoms

Two messages about AD Domain password customization are not located together with other AD Domain messages.

Impact

It is difficult to locate these messages in the list.

Conditions

This is encountered when trying to customize the "AD domain password expiry warning" and "AD domain password expiry days remaining". These customization messages are located in two places: -- GUI: Access Policy :: Customization :: General -> {choose "Text" from left pane} :: Access Profiles :: {choose a policy} -> "SecurID prompt messages" -- GUI: Access Policy :: Customization :: General -> {choose "Text" from left pane} -> Access Profiles :: {choose a policy} :: "AAA Errors"

Workaround

None.

Fix Information

Messages renamed to begin with "AD domain", so they stay with other AD Domain messages. Improved customization messages so AD and SecurId appear in appropriate sections.
