Configuring log filters will redirect certain syslog messages such as mcp warning messages.
Users might be confused when they cannot find some messages in syslog as they used to expect
For example when you have following item in bigip.conf sys log-config filter /Common/apm_filter { level info publisher /Common/new_splunk } mcp warning messages will be redirected to destination(s) associated with above publisher
No workaround, users need to be aware of the log filters they configured
