For SSH proxy, if the admin has applied a 'Disallow' or 'Terminate' policy for a specific user or all users for 'Other' and 'Shell' channel types, they system might also disallow or terminate the remaining channel types, specifically: shell, local and remote port forwarding, x11 forwarding, and agent forwarding. For agent forwarding, it is dependent on what kind of channel type you use with agent forwarding enabled. If it is shell or any forwarding type, the system disallows the channel type; otherwise, it goes through.
Usability is impacted. The system might unintentionally block channel types when disallowing or terminating 'Other' and 'Shell' channels.
'Disallow' or 'Terminate' policy for a specific user or all users for 'Other' and 'Shell' channel types is applied.
There is no workaround. Use more specific policies and avoid setting the 'Other' channel type as 'Disallow' or 'Terminate'.
