The counters for "multiple IP sessions" is wrong under some conditions.
"sessions with multiple IP" counters can not be relied upon under continuous provisioning disabled.
1. Disable continuous provisioning. 2. Send radius start with one IPv4 3. Send radius start same ID but another IPv4 address 4. Send radius stop for last session.
