Symptoms

Some cases of Chrome browsers that are running on Windows 8.1 might be blocked when accessing the site, instead of passing through directly. This might happen when "Proactive Bot Defense" and "Block requests from suspicious browsers" are enabled in the DoS profile.

Impact

Some cases of Chrome browsers that are running on Windows 8.1 might be blocked when accessing the site, instead of passing through directly.

Conditions

"Proactive Bot Defense" is enabled on the DoS profile, and "Block requests from suspicious browsers" is also enabled.

Workaround

Disabling the "Block requests from suspicious browsers" check box on the DoS profile will prevent this problem.

Fix Information

Chrome browsers on Windows 8.1 no longer get blocked when "Proactive Bot Defense" is enabled in the DoS profile.
