Conditions

Any of the strings: <meta http-equiv="refresh" /> <meta http-equiv="location" /> <param name="general_servername" /> <param name="wmode" /> triggers guaranteed rewrite crash.

Workaround

iRule or direct fix of improper HTML tag.
