Symptoms

tmsh create auth partition command does not generate sandbox configuration

Impact

The admin cannot properly configure sandbox-related features in the new partition created by TMSH. Automation such as using RESTful API that is based on TMSH also cannot do sandbox configuration.

Workaround

Using command "tmsh create sys folder /partition-name" to create a new partition, make sure to add a slash before the partition-name. Also use "tmsh save sys config partitions all" to save the configuration.
