You may notice a temporary loss of service or an unscheduled failover in an HA pair. The BIG-IP administrator may observe a TMM core file.
New connections that happen to occur while the configuration is inconsistent may not be properly initialized. When the connections attempt to use functionality associated with the inconsistent configuration, a tmm crash may occur, disrupting traffic while tmm restarts.
A configuration change occurs that causes the configuration to transiently be in an inconsistent state while there is live traffic.
