In some rare cases, 12.0 edge client cannot connect to newer servers for network access
Components are not upgraded and user cannot establish VPN
All of the following conditions must be true -Edge clients for windows is used to establish network access - User does not have admin privileges. - F5 installer service is not installed or not running on user's machine.
Either of following mitigations will work -Upgrade edge client on user's machine manually or through any other software distribution mechanism - Make sure installer service is installed on user's machine
